Ask them if they will charge you by the bottle of alcohol being used or by a flat rate. You can also incorporate your wedding colour and choose to create your own cocktail or have the venue bartender help you. First choose your spirit and then experiment with different mixes to see what tastes the best together. If you have a favourite fruit juice you could always start there and try adding different spirits. Maybe you have a favourite cocktail that you would like to serve. Keep in mind the season and garnishes available for that time of year. Try to incorporate theme if you have one. If it’s an elegant formal wedding for example you wouldn’t want to serve pina coladas. That would complement a tropical theme. A white wine spritzer in a tall champagne glass would add class to this style.
